Photos: Solar array

Denise was fascinated to see that Xanterra (the company that owns the Furnace Creek Ranch were we stayed) had recently completed the installation of a large solar array. Death Valley, a place of sunshine, a place of little rain...

And the ranch very nicely moved more than 144 date palm trees to make room for the array.
